155+- Acre Walnut orchard planted in 2008, The Walnut Ranch has a rich farming history, the area has been cultivated for decades. The ranch consists of sandy loam soils on the North and Eastern sides and increases in Clay content as you move across to the South and West side of ranch. Surrounding crops include almonds, pistachios, walnuts, cotton, tomatoes, alfalfa, wheat and corn. The ranch has a new micro sprinkler set up installed in 2020. Surface canal lift pump set with a 10 hp electric lift pump producing up to 2300 gpm. The pipeline interconnects with the flood irrigation line to fill the reservoir or flood tree rows.
